‍Allianz Partners is a global company specializing in insurance and assistance services. Allianz Partners is the service rendering branch of the Allianz group. Their mission is to operationally deliver services to which Allianz customers are entitled to, worldwide.

Challenge

Allianz Partners needed a way to empower senior citizens to easily discover and book services tailored to their needs while allowing invited family members to view these bookings. In order to provide this, they also needed to onboard service providers across the entire territory for all available service categories. Additionally, it was critical for them to ensure total availability of the platform through dedicated devices (tablet and smartwatch) provided to users. Allianz Partners was able to achieve this goal by adopting SCND Service Marketplace Platform.

Outcome

‍Allianz Partner's mission is to deliver services that Allianz customers are entitled to worldwide reliably. With the platform offered by SCND, Allianz launched a joint venture with Movistar, the "Click and Assist" platform that helps seniors find and book services directly through a dedicated device. These services include cooking, shopping, gardening, and house cleaning. Additionally, invited family members can monitor the booked services to ensure their loved ones are cared for the right way every day.
