However, the initial solution's limitations and its product-oriented approach hindered its maintainability and effectiveness. This prompted Suez to launch a project to completely overhaul this platform to better adapt the user experience and technology to the specific needs of selling services online by forming a partnership with SCND.

‍In partnership with SCND, Suez launched an innovative online service marketplace that integrates all Suez partners into a comprehensive service offering, ensuring a seamless and unified experience for their users. The marketplace serves as a centralized repository for Suez's entire services catalog, making it accessible online throughout France. This strategic move enhances the visibility and availability of Suez's services, streamlining the process for their customers to find and engage with the waste treatment solutions they need.
