‍Allianz Partners is a global company specializing in insurance and assistance services. They provide solutions such as international health and life insurance, travel insurance, automotive assistance, and other specialty insurance products. Allianz Partners delivers the benefits associated with each insurance contract issued by Allianz worldwide.

Challenge

The services that Allianz policyholders are entitled to were provided through a traditional channel, which is telephone interaction with a dedicated call center. As a consequence, it was challenging to make these services easily discoverable and impossible for policyholders to book directly. Allianz needed a digital solution that would make these services easily discoverable and bookable directly by their policyholders. To solve for this gap, Allianz adopted SCND Service Marketplace Platform.

Outcome

The SCND solution enabled Allianz customers to login with their contract number, to report an incident, and to book the services offered through their insurance contract. The solution was deployed in just 1.5 months, thereby ensuring a very quick time to market. SCND Service Information Management provided a centralized location for all the services offered, making it easy for Allianz customers to discover the available services and also to directly book a service through a reliable scheduling system native to SCND.
